Terms of Purchase & Privacy Policy

1.What you're purchasing

When you enroll, you're buying a place in the founding cohort of The Pattern Playbook — a 10-week guided program that begins with a pre-recorded coaching video on August 5, 2026. Enrollment includes the complete 10 weeks of program materials, private access to the Instructor via private Voxer, the 7th Path Self-Hypnosis Study Guide, and lifetime access to the program content as described below.

2.Price & how you pay

The program is offered at two prices: a one-time payment of $1,197, or a split-pay plan of two payments of $697 ($1,394 total). You choose your option at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

3.Split-pay obligations

The split-pay option is a payment plan for the full program price — it is not a subscription and does not give partial or trial access. Both payments of $697 are owed regardless of whether you complete the program. The second charge is applied automatically one month after the first. Choosing split pay means you agree to both charges.

4.Founding-cohort refund policy

You may request a full refund at any time before the program begins on August 5, 2026. Just email us. Once the program begins, all sales are final and no refunds (full or partial) are available, including on the second split-pay charge.

5.Lifetime access

Your enrollment includes lifetime access to the recorded program materials and the study guide, for as long as The Pattern Playbook maintains the platform. "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the program, not a guaranteed number of years. We'll give reasonable notice if the platform is ever retired.

6.Intellectual property & your license

All program content — videos, guides, worksheets, recordings, and the 7th Path Self-Hypnosis Study Guide — is owned by The Pattern Playbook LLC. Your enrollment grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the content for your own personal practice only.

You may not copy, resell, redistribute, publicly share, or re-create the content in any form.

7.No teaching or facilitation

This program trains you in a personal practice. It does not certify, license, or authorize you to teach, coach, facilitate, or lead others using its methods or materials. You may not use program content to build or deliver your own offering.

8.Acceptable use

Access is for you alone. Please don't share your login, screen-record program content, or post materials publicly. We reserve the right to suspend access for sharing credentials or distributing content without a refund.

9.Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a charge, email us first — we'll sort it out quickly. Initiating a chargeback for a valid, non-refundable charge (for example, after the program has begun) is a breach of these terms and may result in loss of access.

10.Taxes

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Any applicable sales tax, VAT, or similar taxes are your responsibility and may be added at checkout depending on your location.

11.Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to enroll. This program is for adults and is not intended for minors.

12.Scheduling changes

We aim to run the cohort exactly as scheduled. If we must reschedule a delivery of a recorded teaching, we'll give as much notice as possible. Minor scheduling changes don't entitle you to a refund once the program has begun.

13.Incorporated documents

These Terms of Purchase include, by reference, our Privacy Policy (below) and any policies linked at checkout. Together they form the full agreement between you and The Pattern Playbook LLC.

1.What we collect

We collect the information you give us: your name, email address, and billing details when you enroll, plus any notes or messages you send us. We also collect basic technical data (like how you use the site) to keep things running.

2.The sensitive nature of program information

Because this is a personal-practice program, you may share personal reflections during the program. Please understand: this program is not a healthcare service. Information shared here is not protected by HIPAA and is not legally privileged. Share only what you're comfortable sharing.

3.How we use your information

We use your information to deliver the program, process payments, send you program updates, and answer your questions. We do not sell your personal information — not to anyone, ever.

4.Service providers

We use trusted providers to run the program — for example, Stripe processes payments, and we use email and hosting services to reach and serve you. Stripe handles payment processing; full card numbers are never stored by us. These providers only receive what they need to do their job.

5.Retention

We keep your account and enrollment records for as long as you have access to the program, plus what we're required to keep for tax and legal reasons. When we no longer need something, we delete it.

6.Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. Just email hello@patternplaybook.com and we'll take care of it.

7.Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we take safeguarding your data seriously and work with providers who do the same.

8.Age

The Pattern Playbook is for adults only. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

9.Changes & contact
